JP Recruitment is currently seeking 2 x Production Workers / Machine Operators for roles in a busy manufacturing facility based in Neerabup, 10 minutes from Joondalup. The Role This is a technical role that requires a high level of attention to detail. You will be trained to operate an extrusion line, which involves constant monitoring and manual adjustments to ensure production stays on track. You will be on your feet for the duration of your shift, using measuring gauges, various hand tools for machine setups, and performing manual handling tasks as required. The Roster The production division runs 24/7. These roles work a rotating fortnightly roster (8-hour shifts): Days / Afternoons / Nights Monday to Friday (Weekend work is available for those wanting to maximum earnings Requirements Technical Aptitude: You need a sharp eye and a technical brain, and the ability to monitor complex machinery closely. Physical Fitness: You must be comfortable with manual handling and being active all shift. Attention to Detail: You will be responsible for quality control and hitting output targets. Forklift License: Required, or a willingness to obtain one. Reliability: You must have a solid work ethic and reliable transport. What’s on Offer Rate: $33.40/hr Shift Allowances and Overtime.
